What Is an NGN Exam Simulation?
The Next Generation NCLEX (NGN) launched in April 2023 and changed what the exam measures. Instead of standalone recall questions, it presents unfolding case studies — one patient, six linked questions — scored against the six steps of the NCSBN Clinical Judgment Measurement Model.
