By accessing or using NurseReady (the "Service"), operated by Suter Studios (F Suter AB), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NurseReady is an AI-powered NCLEX exam preparation platform available on the web and iOS. The Service provides practice questions, AI-generated explanations, clinical patient simulations, exam simulations, and progress tracking to help nursing students prepare for the NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN licensure examinations.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using an email address and password or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Free and Premium Access

NurseReady offers a free tier with limited daily usage and premium access through one-time purchases:

• - Free tier: Limited daily practice sessions, questions, AI explanations, and clinical simulations
• - 30-Day Premium: $19.99 one-time purchase for 30 days of unlimited access
• - 60-Day Premium: $29.99 one-time purchase for 60 days of unlimited access

Premium purchases are non-recurring one-time payments. Web payments are processed by Stripe. Mobile payments are processed by Apple or Google. All sales are final.

5. Educational Disclaimer

NurseReady is an educational tool designed to supplement your NCLEX exam preparation. It is not a substitute for formal nursing education, clinical training, or professional medical advice. AI-generated explanations and clinical simulations are for educational purposes only. Always verify clinical information with authoritative nursing textbooks, current clinical guidelines, and your instructors.

6. NCLEX Trademark

NCLEX, NCLEX-RN, and NCLEX-PN are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN). NurseReady is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCSBN. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• - Share your account credentials with others
• - Copy, reproduce, or distribute NurseReady content or questions
• - Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
• - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• - Interfere with the proper operation of the Service

8. Intellectual Property

All content on NurseReady, including questions, explanations, clinical scenarios, software, and design, is the intellectual property of Suter Studios and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

NurseReady is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will pass the NCLEX exam by using our Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suter Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
